The Strategic Studies Institute (SSI) of the US Army War College recently published a Security Sector Reform (SSR) primer authored by Dr. Sarah Meharg and Aleisha Arnusch of the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre, entitled “Security Sector Reform: A Case Study Approach to Transition and Capacity Building.” It includes case study analyses of Haiti, Kosovo and Liberia.
