March 8 – International Women’s Day
Every year, March 8 marks the celebration of the economic, political and social achievements of women around the globe. It also serves as a reminder of the significant contributions made by women throughout history and promotes the work of women in the present day.

Driving Training of Trainers
The Pearson Peacekeeping Centre will be holding its second Driving Training of Trainers. The objective of this course is to develop the capacity of the Ghana Police Service driving instructors to provide driving training and prepare Ghanaian police officers for the UN Pre-Deployment driving test.
This course also includes first aid training provided by the Ghanaian St. John’s Ambulance.
